Our cultivation methods reflect our concern with both water and energy consumption in order to ensure that our mushrooms have the smallest carbon footprint possible.
We reuse the water because water is the source of life and a scarce resource.
We are adamantly against using any chemical in our prodution.
Our mushrooms grow in virgin wood obtained from renewable sources, without putting protected species at risk, always thinking about the preservation of the ecosystems.
The generated residues are used by local farmers to improve the soil, thus promoting a circular economy.
We try to reduce the handling of our products as much as possible, which allows our customers to enjoy the freshest mushrooms, hence more durable and always in the best conditions.
